How to book a reservation

You can also book a reservation in person following your facility tour. To book a tour of our of our facility, please call or email, and we will get back to you to set a date and time!
Normal drop off and pick up times by pre-arranged appointment are as follows:
• Monday-Friday mornings between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
• Monday-Friday afternoons between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.
• Saturday mornings between 9 a.m. and 12 noon
We are closed on Sunday
Note: Drop off and pick up times not listed above may be scheduled by special arrangement. Please ask!
Requirements & recommendations
Current vaccination records are required for confirmed reservation. Records can be emailed to us by you, or your veterinarian; or you can mail them to us.
It is recommended that cats be given any needed vaccines a minimum of two weeks prior to boarding so their immune systems have a chance to integrate the needed immune response.
A flea treatment is highly recommended one week prior to arrival. All cats are checked for fleas at reception, and any cat with signs of fleas will be treated for fleas before being allowed into the boarding buildings. Cats arriving with severe flea infestation will not be allowed to board. This is for the safety of all the animals and the facility.
To bring, or not to bring?
Please, DO NOT bring bowls for water or food …
We use stainless steel bowls at the Inn. These don’t “hold” odors from previous guests and are dishwasher safe. We also use stainless steel water fountains that are also dishwasher safe.
Please DO NOT bring litter. We use a wood-pelleted litter that most cats do quite well with; we have never had a complaint!
Yes, DO bring your cats’ favorite cushion or something that smells of home! This helps cats to settle in to their new environment more easily. You are also welcome to bring toys that will stay in their room with them. And, yes, we will play with your cat(s) if they want to play.
DO BRING your cat’s food! We can accommodate canned, dry, frozen, raw, and freeze dried varieties. Please bring enough for your stay, plus a couple of days in case you are delayed. Treats are also welcome!
Rates
Non-Holiday Dates
A 3-day minimum stay is required during non-holiday dates.
One cat | $35 per day, private room
Two cats | add $20 if staying in the same room
Three cats | add $20 if staying in the same room
More than three cats? If you have more than three cats to bring, please contact Arlene to discuss your space needs.
A $105.00 deposit is required for non-holiday stays, which will be applied to boarding fees. Deposit will be forfeited if reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the reservation date.

A 5-day minimum stay is required during these holiday dates.
Easter | Thursday prior to the following Monday
Memorial Day | Thursday prior to the following Tuesday
Labor Day | Thursday prior to the following Tuesday
4th of July | from the 1st to the 6th of July
Thanksgiving | Tuesday prior to the following Monday
Christmas/New Year | December 20th – January 2nd
A 50% fee deposit is required at the time of reservation and is not refundable without a 14-day notice.

Long Term Boarding
Owners boarding a cat for longer than three weeks must pay the first month’s stay at the time of check-in and in advance of every scheduled additional 30 days of boarding.
Any extended boarding or services will be billed monthly in advance.
Owner agrees that extensions of boarding time beyond original reservation must be in writing and paid in advance to the next scheduled check out date. Cozy Kitties Inn reserves the right to decline boarding extensions.
Boarding fees are charged for the day of drop off through the date of pick up regardless of drop off or pick up time.
License & Permit
When we decided to build our Inn, it was decided early on that we would develop our property as if we were going to board our cats here. We know your cat(s) will love staying with us!
