Arlene is such a wonderful lady and cat boarder! Her location is wonderful and all areas are clean and maintained. Our cat came back happier than when he arrived! We thank you so much Arlene and will continue to use your services indefinitely!
I was nervous about boarding my senior lady kitty. She is 15 and hasn’t been boarded for 10 years. We planned to be out of town for seven days and I didn’t want my girl to be home alone as she gets lonely. I loved Cozy Kitties website and loved their love of cats. When I met Arlene and saw where Chloe would be staying I was relieved and the experience just got better. We were so happy with the care Chloe got and she was happy when we picked her up. Highly recommend Cozy Kitties Inn!
They (Arlene) took great care of my two cats, one of which needed medication twice a day. They (Arlene) sent me pictures of them during their stay. Best of all, they got to stay together in a very roomy space. I didn’t have to worry about them while I was gone!
I have hairless cats, and they require attention, but no problem here! Arlene went beyond the call of duty, sending me updates and pictures of my boys the last time they stayed. They are going back in November, I am so glad to have found Cozy Kitties Inn!
My hubby and I were going out of town for a week and I needed to find someone to watch one of my three cats. He developed an anxiety issue and my in-laws didn’t feel comfortable giving him his meds, and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving him alone. I did a lot of research on cat boarding in our area around Covington. Other places had small cages, or charged extra for medication or to give your cat attention. Arlene at Cozy Kitties Inn knows her stuff. I loved that my persnickety, reserved cat would have a decent amount of room to climb and play. The prices are reasonable here. The “Kitties kennels” are clean and well maintained at all times. She’ll give you a tour, and introduces you to her quirky kitties and fosters. You can tell she’s a true cat lover and knows how to take care of our babies right while we are away! I highly recommend Cozy Kitties and will be using their services again!
My two 6-month old big kittens stayed here for a few days in July, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. They were super happy when I picked them up, and I loved not having to worry about dogs scaring them. They were very well cared for and I was super lucky to have this place so close to my home in Maple Valley so they didn’t even have a long car ride to get there.
Yep! Our second stay Cozy Kitties Inn! I Have a skittish boy and we were in the process of selling our house and my three cats were there for about two months, and my skittish boy towards the end of their stay started to mellow out a bit! Says a lot, I think!
I’ve boarded my kitty, Sunshine, at Cozy Kitties Inn on a couple of occasions for multiple overnight stays. What a nice place for a kitty to stay. Each ‘room’ has everything a cat needs, like food, water, litter box, plus some extra features I haven’t seen elsewhere. Each ‘room’ has a cat tree with multiple sleeping areas. Each room also has a great view of the pasture next door and some get a direct view of the bird feeder outside – lots of time to plan an attack! The rooms are clean and very secure. No cages, no limitations aside form the room itself. Each room has around 4×4 feet of floorspace and is at least 8 feet tall – so it’s just not living in a cage with other animals around.
The management, Arlene, is very nice to work with and very accommodating to your needs and feeding schedule. If I was a cat, this is where I would choose to stay!
Last week I decided to try the Cozy Kitties Inn (in Kent, WA) after talking with my local vet about boarding my sweet Princess somewhere while we were out of town. They directed me to the business card for Cozy Kitties Inn that they had in their office, and I subsequently made arrangements to board my Princess there for four days.
When I took Princess to her new home, Arlene greeted us and helped get Princess situated. The enclosure had a tiered resting station that Princess could leap from one level to the next, eventually landing at a station where she could look out her own personal window into the backyard with bird houses and lots of things to look at. I took her own blanky to place on that level by the window, and her own toys and scratching box so she would feel comfortable with her own special comforts, as well as her own food and treats that she was used to eating.
Arlene had each enclosure set with their own drinking water station, food dish, and litter box. All the comforts of home, with heating and air conditioning in the building as well. I thought the area was clean and comfortable for a cat, and there were several cat enclosures with one other guest at the time. It was hard to leave Princess at a boarding “house”, but I had the distinct feeling that she would be cared for and watched over throughout the day, and that she would be safe and have someone to interact with her. That was about the most I could hope for.
Arlene was open and responsive, obviously loves cats as evidenced by her own numerous, well-cared for adoptees, and answered any questions I had.

Thank you for taking care of Simon while I was away for work. I will definitely bring him back if I’m away for a long period of time again! I have mentioned how well he was treated at Cozy Kitties Inn to friends and family.
It was great to get some photos texted to me while I was away since this was the first time I chose to have my cat boarded during a trip. Simon was happy when I came to pick him up and I could tell he wasn’t stressed about the stay which was fantastic to see.
Arlene knows her kitty clients well and it showed when I dropped Simon off and seen the others content while they were in the middle of their stay. Thank you again for taking care of my little buddy and keeping him happy!
Like checking your feline family member into a 5 star hotel! Guests are seen to daily and more often if required. They won’t miss medications while you are away! Benny stayed at Cozy Kitties Inn for five days and came home in great shape!

I have known Arlene Martin for over thirteen years and have been impressed with her love of cats and desire to establish a boarding facility for them as a retirement project. Cozy Kitties Inn is the realization of that dream. We benefit from that dream with a place to take our beloved pets there they will receive the loving care we want for them when we cannot take them on trips with us.
