Operational changes for Covid-19 Pandemic

1) All check-in and out will be curb-side only.  Owners will not be allowed in the boarding buildings. This is to reduce the risk of possible infection of both staff and cat owners, as there is not enough space to maintain physical distancing protocols, and reduces the need for extra sanitization that would be required for the safety of cattery staff and other owner’s cats. We realize this is stressful and owners want to, and are used to, settling their cat/s into their rooms.  We are doing our best to offset this temporary change by sending you photos of your cat/s via text message as soon as they are settled in.

2) All required paperwork, both intake forms and vaccination records must be submitted by email. The boarding contract can also be emailed for signature and returned.

3) All check in and check out is now by appointment only. This is to allow for proper disinfecting / sanitizing of all commonly contacted surfaces between pet parents.

4) Cattery Staff will wear a PPE mask while owners are present, as per the current state mandate. Owners are now also required to wear a mask when dropping off and picking up their cat/s.

5) We still accept cash and checks; we are now using PayPal for charging via credit or debit cards.

6) Extra disinfecting of frequently contacted surfaces will be ongoing throughout the day, both of “public” areas as well as individual cats’ rooms.

We are doing our best to provide you and your cat/s the safest and best place to stay while you are away from home and appreciate your choosing to have your cat/s stay with us while you are away.
